Shipping & Delivery:

Main city areas: 1–4 business days
Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility shifts to the courier service.
Oliver’s Burrow is not liable for:
Delays caused by courier networks
Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer
Additional fees resulting from redelivery attempts
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Because our products include pet food, herbs, and consumables, we cannot accept returns of any opened items for hygiene and safety.
We accept returns or replacements only for:

Manufacturing faults
All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

In original packaging

Subscriptions (if enabled):
If you activate a subscription via SureCart:
You authorise recurring billing
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your SureCart customer portal
Cancellation must be done before the next billing date
No refunds apply for subscription renewals already processed
